Data deletion

You can disconnect Facebook immediately or ask us to delete account and integration data associated with your FlixLabs account.

Last updated August 10, 2026

Disconnect Facebook

  1. Sign in to FlixLabs and open Admin.
  2. Open Publishing.
  3. Find the Facebook connection and select Disconnect.

What disconnecting does

Disconnecting clears the encrypted Page access tokens stored by FlixLabs, disables automatic publishing for mapped channels, and cancels queued work that has not started. It does not delete Reels or other posts already published to Facebook. Existing Facebook content must be removed from the Page itself.

Request complete deletion

Email rami@flixlabs.io from the address associated with your FlixLabs account. Include the name of your organization and write “FlixLabs data deletion request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify control of the account or obtain authorization from the organization owner before deleting shared workspace data.

Timing and limited retention

We will acknowledge a verified request and ordinarily complete it within 30 days. We may retain limited security, audit, transaction, backup, or legal records when reasonably necessary or required by law. Data retained for those purposes will not be used for social publishing.
