Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to FlixLabs, a content-production and publishing service.

Last updated August 10, 2026

Using FlixLabs

You must be legally able to enter an agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account, safeguarding access, and ensuring each person on your team has an appropriate role. If you use FlixLabs for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.

Your content and connected accounts

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant FlixLabs the limited rights needed to store, process, display, transform, and transmit that content to provide the service and follow your publishing instructions.

You may connect only accounts and Pages you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your content, captions, rights, licenses, disclosures, and compliance with each destination platform’s rules. Disconnecting an integration stops future use of that connection but does not remove posts already published on an external platform.

Acceptable use

Do not use FlixLabs to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, evade platform safeguards, access another person’s account, misrepresent authorization, or interfere with the service. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect FlixLabs, users, platforms, or third parties.

Automation and third-party platforms

Automated publishing depends on third-party APIs and permissions. Platforms may delay, reject, remove, restrict, or change the distribution of content. FlixLabs does not guarantee publication timing, audience reach, views, engagement, revenue, or uninterrupted availability of any third-party integration. You should review publication status and keep independent copies of important source material.

Service availability and changes

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlixLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for actions taken by a connected platform. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid FlixLabs during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination, governing law, and contact

You may stop using FlixLabs at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

These terms are governed by Ohio law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions may be sent to rami@flixlabs.io. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date.
