Privacy Policy
This policy explains how FlixLabs handles information when you use the service or connect a social account.
Last updated August 10, 2026
Who we are
FlixLabs (“FlixLabs,” “we,” or “us”) operates the service. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to rami@flixlabs.io.
Information we collect
We collect account and workspace information, including your name, email address, profile image, organization membership, role, and authentication identifiers. We also process the titles, scripts, media, comments, reviews, schedules, and other material your team places in FlixLabs.
We collect limited technical and usage information needed to secure, operate, troubleshoot, and improve the service, such as device and browser information, request logs, feature usage, and error data.
Facebook and other connected accounts
When you connect Facebook, Meta provides the identity of the account completing authorization and the Pages that account is permitted to manage. We store the relevant Page names, IDs, profile images, permission scopes, token-expiration information, and encrypted Page access tokens.
FlixLabs uses this information only to show available Pages, map a FlixLabs channel to a selected Page, publish content you or your organization prepares, and record publication status and Meta receipt IDs. FlixLabs does not publish to personal Facebook profiles and does not read private Facebook messages.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure FlixLabs, authenticate users, maintain team permissions, store and process content, fulfill publishing instructions, provide support, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use connected-account data for targeted advertising.
Service providers and public posts
We share information only as needed with infrastructure, authentication, database, storage, analytics, and processing providers that help operate FlixLabs, and with platforms such as Meta when you ask FlixLabs to publish. Content published to a social platform is governed by that platform’s privacy settings and policies and may become public. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service, our users, or others.
Retention, security, and deletion
We keep information while your account or organization uses FlixLabs and as reasonably needed for operations, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Connected Page tokens are encrypted at rest. Disconnecting Facebook removes the stored Page access tokens and stops future publishing through that connection.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by following our data-deletion instructions. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process.
Children and policy changes
FlixLabs is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
